Returns & Exchanges
At Valecourt & Co., every piece is inspected before it leaves our atelier. If your order does not meet your expectations, we are here to make it right.
30-Day Return Window
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible, items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging with all protective wrapping intact.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@valecourtco.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Prefer a different piece? We are happy to arrange an exchange for an item of equal value, subject to availability. Contact us and we will guide you through the process.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — including shipping — at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
- Earrings, for hygiene reasons (unless defective on arrival)
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused after delivery
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
