Shipping Policy
Every Valecourt & Co. piece is carefully inspected, wrapped, and prepared before it ships. Here is everything you need to know about how your order reaches you.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During launch periods and high-demand collections, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Times & Rates
- United States: 7–14 business days after dispatch
- Free shipping on all orders over $50
- Orders under $50 ship at a flat rate calculated at checkout
Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the order date. Occasionally, carrier delays, weather, or customs processing may extend delivery times beyond our estimates.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch. If your tracking has not updated after 5 business days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
Multiple Items
To get your pieces to you as quickly as possible, items in the same order may occasionally ship separately. You will not be charged extra shipping for split shipments.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to reroute packages once shipped, and we cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If the package cannot be located within 5 business days, contact us at support@valecourtco.com and we will work with you toward a resolution.
